She will teach you how to plate each course as if a professional chef was hiding in your kitchen. The simplest meals can be so much more interesting with a little effort.

All classes are held in one of the most dramatic loft setting you’ve ever seen. Upon arrival you’ll be greeted with a little surprise and enjoy a tasting of Mishu’s Olive Oils and Balsamic Vinegars as we get started. Each course will be enjoyed around a gorgeous dining room table surrounded by your friends, family or colleagues.
